Regarding exercising: Have you tried getting into running? I love the flexibility of running workouts: you can go for 15 minutes, slow jog, or you can go for an hour, or you can work on intervals, or just get your body moving. I love it because the workout starts at your doorstep, you get fresh air, you can enjoy the scenery, it is relaxing and mindful, and you get to choose the intensity & time of your workout.

Regarding Dune: where do you listen to the audiobook?
